Terms of use

Website and AI Tool Terms

The rules for using NeoSpark Solutions websites, AI experiences, generated artifacts and subscription services.

Effective and last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Agreement

By using this website or an AI experience, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not submit content or use the generation tools.

2. What the tools provide

NeoSpark tools create exploratory requirements, prototypes, diagrams, presentations, charts, website concepts, mobile mock-ups and related artifacts. They are designed for ideation and validation—not as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, security, engineering or compliance advice.

3. AI limitations and human responsibility

AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or unsuitable. Generated code, calculations, claims, accessibility, security, licensing and regulatory assumptions may be wrong. You must independently review, test and approve an output before relying on, publishing, deploying or sharing it. See the Responsible AI Use Notice.

4. Information you must not submit

You must not enter confidential, private, sensitive, health, financial, identity, payment-card, credential, secret, legally privileged, export-controlled, security-classified or client-restricted information. You must not provide personal information about another person without lawful authority and a valid purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the services to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, create malware, bypass security or usage limits, scrape restricted systems, generate deceptive content, or make high-impact decisions about people without lawful safeguards and meaningful human review.

6. Your content and generated output

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant NeoSpark and its service providers a limited licence to host, copy, transform and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the requested service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output. AI output may not be unique and similar material may be generated for others. NeoSpark does not warrant that output is eligible for intellectual-property protection or free from third-party claims.

7. Temporary artifacts and improvement choice

When you request an emailed artifact pack, the files are stored behind a private link for up to seven days and then deleted automatically. NeoSpark does not retain the full prompt for human improvement review unless you separately select the optional improvement checkbox. Do not treat a temporary link as permanent storage.

8. Marketing

Product and information emails require a separate, optional consent. You can unsubscribe at any time. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent service messages you request, such as delivery of an artifact link.

9. Availability and changes

Services may be changed, limited, suspended or withdrawn. Generation can fail or take longer than estimated. Usage limits may apply per network, user or period to protect availability and cost.

10. Consumer rights, warranties and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, free exploratory tools and outputs are provided without promises of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. You remain responsible for decisions and implementations based on an output.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Contact legal@neospark.com.au with legal questions or privacy@neospark.com.au with privacy questions.
