Privacy Notice

How NeoSpark Solutions Australia collects, uses, shares, protects and deletes personal information and AI-studio content.

Effective and last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Who this notice covers

This notice applies when you visit neospark.com.au, contact NeoSpark Solutions Australia, subscribe to updates, or use a NeoSpark AI experience. NeoSpark is based in Sydney, Australia. Privacy questions, access requests and complaints can be sent to privacy@neospark.com.au.

2. What we collect

  • Contact and consent information: email address, the service requested, consent wording/version, consent time and subscription status.
  • Content you choose to provide: prompts, uploaded or pasted material, form answers and generated outputs needed to run the selected tool.
  • Website and operational data: page path, page-to-page navigation sequence, broad device type, country code, external referring host, tool used, success or failure, processing time, model, token counts, file count and size. Network addresses and random per-tab session identifiers are converted into one-way hashes before storage. Raw IP addresses, search terms, full referring URLs and full prompts are not stored in the analytics record.
  • Public website material: when you use the Website Redesign Studio, the public URL and a limited extract of public pages needed to prepare the concept.

Do not submit confidential, private, sensitive, health, financial, security-controlled, legally privileged or client-restricted information. If another person’s information is involved, you must have authority to provide it.

3. Why we collect it

We process information to provide the requested AI service, generate and deliver artifacts, secure and rate-limit the service, diagnose failures, maintain aggregate product statistics, comply with law, and communicate with you. We use an email address for marketing only where you select the separate optional subscription box.

4. Prompt and output retention choices

AI request contentProcessed to produce the response. NeoSpark’s aggregate generation log does not store the full prompt.
Private download packStored for up to seven days, then automatically deleted.
Prompt review for improvementStored with the seven-day pack only when you select the separate optional improvement checkbox.
Subscription recordKept while subscribed and as reasonably needed to demonstrate or honour your consent and unsubscribe request.
Website analytics and aggregate usage recordsPrivacy-minimised page and operational records are normally deleted after 120 days or sooner when no longer reasonably needed for security, capacity planning and service improvement.

5. Service providers and overseas processing

We use service providers to host the website, run AI models, scan public websites, store temporary artifacts and send requested emails. These may include Cloudflare, OpenAI and other providers identified by the relevant experience. Their systems may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations where they or their subprocessors operate. We limit disclosures to what is needed for the service and use provider security and contractual controls where available.

6. Marketing choices

Marketing consent is optional and never pre-selected. We record when, where and how consent was given. Every marketing email will identify NeoSpark, provide contact details and include a working unsubscribe method. Unsubscribe requests are actioned promptly and no later than required by Australian law. Requested artifact-delivery emails are service messages and are kept separate from marketing.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed network identifiers, request-size limits, rate limits, short-lived private links and automated deletion. No internet service is risk-free, so you should retain your own copy of anything important and avoid uploading restricted information.

8. Access, correction and complaints

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw an optional consent, or make a complaint by emailing privacy@neospark.com.au. We may need to verify your identity. If a privacy complaint is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

9. Changes

We may update this notice when tools, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the version presented when consent is recorded.
